About the event
Connection walks are about trust and opening ourselves up to the group.
Leave the "Fix-it" mindset at the car park. These walks are not about solving each others problems or pretending we have it all figured out, they are about the raw power of being seen and heard just as we are.
Here, unsolicited advice and boring small talk are traded for something rare; the undivided attention of real men.
On a connection walk you can speak your truth into the fresh air knowing you are backed by the non judgemental presence of men who are here to walk with you, side by side.
Tracks are fully paved in most areas. Walking shoes/boots advised in poor weather.
Gradients are very mild and walking is generally easy for everyone.
